This is an exceedingly rare, very large, nearly 6 inches in size, double terminated, single Barite crystal that presents with beveled edges and faces. The faces of the crystal exhibit with variable characteristics; relatively smooth on one side and etched on the other. The crystal is transparent to mostly translucent and hematite included.  The extraordinarily large size of this nearly 6 inches single barite crystal is the main characteristic that contributes to this piece being a bona fide rarity to include in your collection or to give to a mineral enthusiast / crystal collector.
