This is an exceptional specimen with a prolific dispersion of beautiful robin's egg blue to vivid bright and dark blue botryoidal Chrysocolla "balls" on Limonite coated Quartz. What appears to be an unusual shaped termination is actually a very fascinating secondary growth of Quartz crystals with botryoidal Chrysocolla growing all over it. Secondary growth Quartz is evident in multiple places around this specimen, most of the crystals are covered by the Chrysocolla bots.
