This is a sensational, very lustrous, unusual and complex specimen with multiple formations of Calcite growth.
 The Calcite presents as stalactitic with long icicle-like formations, some scepter-like, translucent to transparent double terminated prismatic crystals, and rhombohedral crystals perched primarily on one side and at the top of the specimen.
Close examination reveals that another generation of Calcite crystals is growing out of the rhombohedral crystals at the top of the cluster and string-like across the top of the terminations lower in the specimen!

This is a sensational, very lustrous, unusual and complex specimen with multiple formations of Calcite growth. The Calcite is curiously fascinating in that it presents in the following forms: stalactitic with long icicle-like formations, some scepter-like, translucent to transparent double terminated prismatic crystals, and rhombohedral crystals perched, stacked, and clinging primarily on one side and at the highest point of the specimen. Close examination reveals that another generation of Calcite crystals is growing out of the rhombohedral crystals at the top of the cluster and string-like across the top of the terminations lower in the specimen! In addition, nearly all the Calcite formations in the specimen fluoresce a beautiful orange-pink when exposed to UV light.
