This an exceptional, lustrous, blue-purple, cubic Fluorite with zoned, phantom centers, Needle Quartz, and bladed Siderite specimen.
The water clear clarity, the transparency of many of the Fluorite crystals is truly beautiful, with a mix of both smooth faces and complex, natural, stepped and scalloped etched surfaces.
Those surfaces of Fluorite that exhibit etched and scaled surfaces appear to have a misty appearance while others are water clear transparent.
Superb dark blue-purple phantoms and zoning presents from the interiors or centers of the Fluorite crystals; some of the crystals presenting water clear in this fine specimen.
The majority of the edges of the Fluorite crystals are clean and sharp. While there are nicks on a very few of the smaller Fluorite crystals, and some edges may seem irregular, upon close examination the edges are revealed to be etched and stepped in growth.
Fine Needle Quartz, some lightly dusted with Chlorite, interestingly present across the surface, giving the specimen an interestingly landscaped look.
Beautifully well formed, half moon shaped bladed Siderite is another fascinating mineral that presents in this fine Fluorite and Needle Quartz specimen.
