This is an excellent, all natural, deep bluish-purple Lepidolite tower or obelisk with an excellent polish on all sides exhibiting flickers of mica and varying saturations of green-gray to dark green Chromium included in the Quartz. 5.21" x 2.24" or 132.5mm x 56.9mm. There is an unusual, "extra" beveled and polished face near the base of this obelisk, something we've never seen before on a tower or obelisk, giving this one a special, unique quality. The polish on this Lepidolite obelisk is excellent, exhibiting a nice shine. What is Lepidolite?  Lepidolite is a lithium-rich mica stone that usually contains varying presence of Mica, Lithium, Quartz (and Chromium in Quartz), Feldspar, Spodumene, Rubellite, Manganese, Rubidium, Cesium, and less occurring Pollucite. Mineralogically, because Lepidolite is a combination of many minerals, it is better classified as a rock rather than a singularly identified mineral.  Because lithium is colorless, the light lilac to purple to deep bluish-purple hues in Lepidolite are attributed to the varying saturations of Manganese.Â
