3 Three Pyrite Cubes on Matrix Excellent Luster Spain 69g
This is a beautiful example of three cubic Pyrite crystals on a limestone matrix with superb metallic mirror luster. Challenging to find Pyrite cubes without nicks and dings, the two larger crystals on this piece present excellently with sharp edges and shiny, smooth, reflective faces. There is a cool secondary growth crystal evident on the largest crystal. An exceptional piece for the mineral collecting enthusiast and to give as a gift.
1.54" x 2.0" x 1.69" or 39.1mm x 50.9mm x 43mm, 69 grams.
Our source is the family that owns the mine in Navajun, Alcarama Mountains, La Rioja, Spain.
* Less common to find as a group of three crystals, this is a fine example exhibiting multiple Pyrite cubes on matrix. Because we are picky mineral collectors and believe in honesty and transparency, there are very small, IMO negligible dings or contact on the edge of the largest Pyrite crystal in this piece.
